Hello weight losing fans...
Greetings from Portage, Wisconsin. Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital Scale weighing in at 180.4-pounds. That's down 4-pounds from yesterday.
What happened? I told you that it was stuff waiting to leave. I may have gained maybe one pound this week. Maybe...
I will probably come in under 180-pounds tomorrow. The reason I know that is because I just had some very unexpected exercise.
We shall see tomorrow.
I wrote something yesterday that may have freaked some people out. It was about a normal body function. I am not trying to be a gross-nic.
I am always amazed when I read other peoples blogs, how they are able to keep at that one weight they set within one pound or so. I guess I am not so lucky. My weight goes all over the charts. It does it for different reasons.
Yours will too. The trick is trying to figure out what caused the extra poundage.
I was watching wrestling yesterday on You Tube. There were two guys wrestling in a College tournament that was being televised and recorded. The narrator said that one young man had to lose 11-pounds in less than a week to get into the tournament. His reason, "I guess the kid was retaining fluids." Now, that's just a paraphrase, and close to what was said.
You get what I am writing. There are many reasons your weight will go up, and down. Since my blog isn't meant to be pornographic, and discusting, I will leave all the possibilities up to your imaginations.
Bye for now...
And that's the way it is...I'm David Dane
