Got Milk? God's perfect food.

Hello weight losing fans...
(9609)
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 204.2-pounds.
That's down from yesterday.
It's down 3.8-pounds since I last posted a blog.

Got Milk?
I didn't make a video today because I have been thinking about how I want to talk about this subject of Milk. That's right, I want to talk about that white liquid that comes from dairy cows, and has been demonized by the ignorant food fascists.

The title of my blog today is Got Milk? God's Perfect Food.
The reason I am talking about this today is because I think milk has been demonized needlessly and it has made people avoid milk as a useful food for losing weight.

Over the years the "experts" have been saying that to control heart disease a person must control the amount of cholesterol in the blood. One of the ways to "control cholesterol" is to change the diet and consume foods that have less animal fats that are called "saturated fats."

As a result of the "low cholesterol craze" and the lose weight craze; people have been told to avoid fat. Well, Milk has suffered the same fate as other fats like beef fat, or chicken fat.

Well, It is my opinion the fat in milk is as harmless as the fat that is in sunflower seeds, or in corn oil. It's my opinion that milk fat is not an animal fat, but is in fact a plant fat made in the stomach of a cow.

When a cow gets pregnant, it like other mammals, begins to produce milk. Only this milk is made in a stomach that is completely different than that of other mammals. The cow consumes green vegetables such as hay, grass, alfalfa, clover, some types of corn, etc...
The cow produces so much milk that it actually makes more than the calf that gets birthed needs.

This milk is a product of vegetation. When a cow makes milk it mixes vegetation along with some stomach enzymes that the cow produces to help digest vegetables. The end product is Milk that comes out rich in milk fats, creams, and whey proteins.

If anyone has any sense, they will reason out milk is a vegetable product, not a meat or animal product. In my opinion it is the safest most valuable food that is available to consume.

Even God has a incredible belief that milk is good food. There are at least 24 versus in the bible that mention the Israelite s will go into a land flowing with "Milk and Honey."
Bible resources:
  1. Exodus 3:8
So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.
  2. Exodus 3:17
And I have promised to bring you up out of your misery in Egypt into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites—a land flowing with milk and honey.'
  3. Exodus 13:5
When the LORD brings you into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Hivites and Jebusites—the land he swore to your forefathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey—you are to observe this ceremony in this month:
I have listed at least three examples where God has exclaimed that the land flows with milk and honey.
Doesn't it seem reasonable that God thought Milk was a good thing, a food that is rich in food value?

It is only with modern processing, and pasteurization that milk has been denigrated in its value.

Of course it's my opinion that Milk has been needlessly vilified as an undesirable food. Just look at how many people avoid Whole Milk because they are trying to avoid Milk Fat. It's the belief of far too many people in my opinion that there is anything unhealthy about drinking whole milk.

I defy the MORONS who want to tell me I should drink two percent milk. I defy the MORONS who don't have the ability to think and reason out the science behind the making of milk in a cow, or even a goat for that matter, since they both produce milk products that are used to make milk to drink, and cheese.

I defy the notion that cheese is unhealthy since cheese is a product of milk.

I drink milk when I get hungry. I have actually increased my milk intake. Yes, there are calories in Milk. Yes there is some fat in Whole Milk. But, I submit to you that it is a vegetable fat, not an animal fat.

It's been the unthinking and naive that have bought into the lie that Milk should be avoided.

My only exception to that is if someone is legitimately milk intolerant to lactose.

Again, I drink more milk these days than I ever have before. When I am hungry at night, and I can't sleep, I drink a tall glass of milk.

Let's just see what this does for me in the future...

That's all for now....

And that's the way it is...I'm David Dane
