Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216-Pounds.
That's better than the other days...
I am still working on the post for the 19th of October. I will back date it..
I have been working all the time and just do not have the time to post and write. It's really a pain in my rear end....
