Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215.2-Pounds.
I went to a company meeting yesterday. There was pizza. I ate many pieces of pizza. I also had a couple cans of soda pop. So there it is... It's all there on me this morning...
