Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214-Pounds.
Again today...
So anyway, I have this new friend. And, she likes me. As a result her mothering instincts kick in and she thinks she has to chastise me... I think it's so cute... It gets old sometimes, but she means well.
So anyway, She read my blog some one day. And she decided she was going to help keep me on track to lose weight. I told her you can't be around me 24 hours a day.
Nobody can be around me 24 hours a day. No one can be around you 24 hours a day.
It works like this: You discipline yourself, because no one else can.
And believe me, it's going to be an uphill battle. Here is why. Yesterday my lady friend couldn't finish this really sweet ice slushy. So what did she do? She handed that sugar filled drink to me.
Of course, I happily consumed it. She had quickly forgotten the promise she had made the day before.
Most people will forget their promise to help you. That is unless you're willing to pay them something to be your drill sergeant. The reality is, no one can lose that weight for you....
Don't you hate that?
