Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 211-Pounds....

I looked at my views for this blog post and they have dropped way down.. Perhaps it's because I missed some days posting... You folks must understand: I don't work 8 hour days, I work 14-15 hour days. That's day after day... And many days I don't have access to a computer. And, I have yet to go out and get a SMART PHONE... I think they are just too darned expensive to buy, and to maintain just so I can peek in on the internet once or twice in a day....
