Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215.6-Pounds.

That's right I am back over the 215-Pounds... That's 6-Pounds gained.

It's because of what I have eaten over just a few days of time. Unbelievable.... !
I have no explaination except that it's the Holiday and I have taken advantage of it. ! YIKES...
