Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 209.2-Pounds.
That is the same weight as yesterday.
There really is no reason for this. I did not each that much yesterday. I am surely scratching my head about this.
Folks, I am down to less than 1,500-calories on most days. Yet, here I am staying at the same weight. It's getting old...

It does get old, but just hang in there. Sooner or later somethings got to change.
