Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 178.8-pounds.
That's up from yesterday.
It's only 0.2-pounds higher than this day February 11, 2008, one year ago when I was 178.6-pounds.
That's not bad. I wish I had been going down some more. What am I going to do?
