Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 217-Pounds.

I am so sorry I don't have better news...

I am stuck ....

I've been where you are and I know how it can be discouraging. But the reality is that it is common to have some ups as well as downs and stalls on the scale. All a person can do is keep pressing forward. Eventually somethings will give way and you'll break through the wall that is holding you back.
