Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216.2-Pounds.
I haven't posted the last couple days because I haven't been able to. I have been up in Wisconsin on a fishing expedition. I caught one large catfish. I tossed it back into the lake.
I ate with abandon as my aunt cooked up meals for me... I even had an excellent coffee cake for desert.
