Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214-Pounds.

Last night I attended a White Sox Game. I got a free ticket to the patio to eat. I went in and ate a hamburger, a rib, pasta, potato salad, and cole slaw... You're seeing that in me this morning on the scale...
