Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214-Pounds.

Well, I am back from IOWA. 
Yesterday I had that high carbohydrate breakfast at the Motel. Then later in the day I had a Wendy's 1/4-Pound Cheese burger. That was it for the rest of the day.

Later in the night, I was having a very hard time falling to sleep. So I drank two large glasses of Milk.
I finally fell asleep.
