Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 177.4-pounds.
Well, that's certainly better than it's been.
I don't have my scale with me. Tomorrow I won't have any idea what my morning weight will be.
