Hello weight losing fans...

Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 206-pounds.

That's up from yesterday. It's only because I ate something late in the evening.

I changed my comments again. I don't mind getting comments about my blog. But, I decided to put restrictions on those comments. I will see them before they get posted. This way I might be able to eliminate the spam.
