Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 207.4-pounds.
Yesterday I was at 208-pounds.
It's the Christmas Season....
And all around is the candy and cookies...
It's hard to resist taking a fistfull of the goodies and eating them down...
But, if I am ever going to see that 180-pounds again, then I must, must resist.
