Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 217-Pounds.
That's up some from yesterday...
Yesterday I wrote I am thinking about doing another 24 hour fast. It's simply because it seems as if everything in staying inside me....
I haven't been eating big meals, and eating all kinds of junk. I really should be down below 215-Pounds by now...
