Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214.2-Pounds.

OKAY, that's been around 215-Pounds for what seems like forever...

I really don't have anything profound to write...

As a later additional statement to this post today. When I got home I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 213.4-Pounds... That's down One Pound from this morning.
