Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 207.4-Pounds.

That's down from yesterday. I didn't eat most of the day. When I got home, I tossed some fish sticks into the oven. I made two fish stick sandwiches. I drank a tall glass of milk with two scoops of protein powder. That's all I had yesterday.
