Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 207.2-Pounds.

Yesterday I didn't post, but I was 211-Pounds. Huh?

Well last night I said to heck with it again. I actually went and purchase a quart of Ice Cream, and had that and a beer before going to bed... How do you like that?
