Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 232-6-Pounds.
That's up from yesterday.
I think it's safe to say at this point 240-Pounds is gone for now.
I wrote that yesterday.
I am now aiming for the 230-Pound Mark.
And that's all for now...
