Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 230.2-Pounds.
So is this my new 10 pound range that I have to over come? Years ago I wrote that when ever I lost 10-pounds my body seemed to stay at that range for a while before suddenly I would break below that 10-pound range and excellerate toward the next ten pound range.
Well, that seems to be what is happening now...
Oh well...
