Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 217-Pounds.

Yesterday I couldn't post, and I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 213.4-Pounds.

Yesterday I had a real big sub sandwich.
