Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the "New Magical Mystical Digital Scale" weighing in at 216-Pounds.
What Happened?
Well, I warned you that I was going to a family members home and I would be eating something... (Maybe in this case barbecue). Well, I had Chinese instead and that was more than enough to push up the poundage for just a short while.
Just wait, I think I'll be hitting another low here soon.
