Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215-Pounds.

Yesterday morning I went to breakfast with a fellow bus driver. I had a stack of banana pancakes that was so big that it would have stuffed Paul Bunyan himself...

Carbs will do it every time. But usually it's temp water weight gain and not fat gain.
