Hello weight losing fans....
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 181.4-pounds.
I have a new video that I hope you will view. It's from the former U.S. Senator Fred Thompson from the state of Tennessee. He was also an actor that appeared on a TV sitcom, "Law and Order."
Hear some interesting thoughts that he had to share. I know it's off the dieting schedule, but I think it's worth seeing.
