Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 184.4-pounds.
Oh Ouch again...
Here is a thought for today: "Did you ever think 'God's not sitting around with a frown on his face?' Nope... He's not. He doesn't wake up grumpy... He delights in himself, and he delights in you.
