Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 203-Pounds.
Last night I had a late night meal of Pasta and sauce.
Tonight I went to dinner with my brother and had a large hamburger with some onion rings.
I really don't expect the numbers to improve tomorrow. I might actually be at 224-Pounds tomorrow.
Oh well..
