Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 223-Pounds.
I knew that was going to happen. Last night I was tired and hungry after work. I ate a bowl of chocolate, chocolate cereal, and drank down two scoops of protein powder.
I have to run...
Don't you worry, I'll get to 219-Pounds soon enough, and then it will be onward to 200-Pounds.
Just you wait and see...
