Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214.6-Pounds.
Last night coming home from Springfield, Illinois we stopped at a Buffet.. I did stop myself from going overboard eating. You're seeing what stayed behind on the scale.
