Hello weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 218-Pounds.

I didn't help matters much today with all the popcorn I ate at work, and the slushies I drank.

I won't have access to a computer Sunday, or Monday due to the Holiday... So you'll hear again from me probably on Tuesday.
