Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215-Pounds.

That's down from these last two days. I didn't go home last night and eat the beets, and the 3-bean-salad. Instead I fell asleep. Then I woke up hungry. I opened a can of fruit cocktail, poured it into a bowl, topped it with whipped cream and ate it...
Then I drank a very large plastic cup filled with whole milk...
