Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 205.8-Pounds.
Not Bad...
I gained it slowly, now I am losing it slowly.
Notice I weigh myself just about every passing day. I do that so I can keep an I on my progress.
I don't agree with these people who say weigh yourself once a week. I especially don't agree with the people who say throw away your scale...
