Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 206.2-Pounds.
Well, I am back down to the weight I was just before Christmas. Okay, I like that.
Well, where will I go from here. Down, I hope.
