Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 236.8-Pounds.
I had something to eat last night after 9-PM... So there is was in my tummy.
Anyway, this is the last posting for the year of 2012. I regained a lot of weight these last years and now I found myself in the year 2012 back a the beginning of 240-pounds again...
Oh there are lots of reasons for it.... I am not going to go into them with this post.
Have a Happy New Year 2013....
