Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the "New Magical Mystical Digital Scale" weighing in at 236.6-Pounds.

Today I went to lunch and ate a very large hamburger. I was stuffed afterwards. It was delicious, and I could have eaten less and still been satisfied.... We'll see what happens tomorrow on the scale.
