Hello Weight Losing Fans....

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale Weighing in at 238.8-Pounds. That's down from yesterday.

Today is the third day going to the indoor track at the TAXPAYER BUILT exercise facility.
I walked for 30-minutes. That's enough for now, because I want to get in the habit of doing something.
