Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the "New Magical Mystical Digital Scale" weighing in at 238-Pounds.
Well, that's nice.
That's a long way from where I was five years ago.
Today was my sixth day walking for thirty minutes for improving my fitness.
Let's just see how long I can keep this up, and what the results will be.
