Hello Weight Losing Fans...
Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 213.8- Pounds.
Yesterday I was 213.2-Pounds, and the day before that I was 211.2-Pounds.
That's the wrap up for these last three days...
