Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215-Pounds.

I had some fish sandwiches last night, along with some corn on the cob, and green beans. So you're seeing that on me today. I didn't exceed my 1,500 calories for the day.
