Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 215-Pounds.

Last night I had three pieces of chicken without the skin, a can of green beans, and two ears of corn. There is no way I hit 1,500 calories yesterday. So I am looking at the stuff that didn't leave yet.

I have a question: What ever happened to Kelly Ann Jeanes, alias Kelly O'connor?
