Hello Weight Losing Fans,
Today I stepped up onto the Digital Scale weighing in at 199.4-Pounds.
That's right, no solid food for 13-days. I feel terrific.
People ask how can you do that. I get all kinds of commentary. One women said that I will drop over dead. Well, not so far.
This is the 13th day fasting.
That's the way it is so far.
