Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the Digital Scale Weighing in at 181.6-Pounds.

Yes I gained back from the 172-Pounds. Yet, I am still very close to 180-Pounds.

Hey I have been under 180-pounds over 10-months.

And, I will get down again.
