Hello Weight Losing Fans,
Today I stepped up onto the Digital Scale weighing in at 208.2-Pounds.
My heart is very heavy with pain since my girlfriend died Thursday last week. My first three nights I had no sleep and was walking around like a zombie.
Yesterday I put on a good face for everyone. Smiled talked and giggled as my heart pumped hard in my chest. I am so, so, sad.
