Hello weight losing fans...
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 280.6-pounds.
Hello, this is an emergency change on that post above... I wrote that 280 in a hurry, and didn't double check it....
So that was supposed to be 208.6-pounds.... OOPS... My bad...
Yep, that's right...

What are you going to do now that the midwest is getting warmer? NYC has 56 today. A few days ago it was 90.
I got my fat human beer tank out to burn some calories. Well, not so much beer. I gave up that to lose weight. Not so fat anymore. Lost something like five pounds since I started. Walking whenever I can. It is way easier than eating like a bird. You have more discipline than I do when it comes to food.
