Hello weight losing fans....
Today I stepped up onto the Magical-Mystical-Digital-Scale weighing in at 205.4-pounds.
That's a big different from yesterday where at 4 AM in the morning I stepped up onto the scale and weighed 210-pounds. Yep, that's right.
It's only because I ate before I went to bed that night.
