Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 216-Pounds.
That was after drinking  a couple cups of coffee. I might have actually weighed 215-Pounds.

Anyway that's down some... I don't expect to have a good showing for tomorrow because I just had a blueberry slurp. They are loaded with sugar.
