Hello Weight Losing Friends...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 214-Pounds.

Yesterday I ate 3-scrambled eggs for breakfast, and a cup of milk. For lunch I had a toasted peanut butter sandwich. For dinner which was very late, I ate two fish sandwiches, and a cup of milk.
