Well, I indulged myself yesterday. After days of drinking liquid protein, water and a few protein bars each day. That's when I said to myself... What does it matter? So I ate to my hearts content yesterday.

yesterday I was 207-Pounds... what is going on?

Today, I said, "Screw it... Damn the torpedoes." I had left over hamburger for breakfast. I had a big Gyro Sandwich for lunch, along with French Fries...! I have been eating liquid three times a day and a couple protein bars, and I gained all that weight? That just doesn't make sense... !

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 209.4-Pounds.
Honestly, I can't figure out why. I had 2 eggs yesterday, 2 scoops of protein, a cup of milk, 3 protein bars, and a protein shake. Later in the day I had a chicken salad, and some hot chocolate. Yet there I was up 2 pounds from yesterday morning where I was 207.2-Pounds.

I don't get it...

Hello weight losing fans today I stepped up onto the new magical mystical digital scale weighing in at 207.4 pounds. Well, I fasted most of yesterday where I drank tea with lime juice and Stevia. I got way too hungry last night and drank a couple large glasses of milk. I was just so hungry, and couldn't sleep because of it.

That's down from yesterday. I didn't eat most of the day. When I got home, I tossed some fish sticks into the oven. I made two fish stick sandwiches. I drank a tall glass of milk with two scoops of protein powder. That's all I had yesterday.
