Hello Weight Losing Fans...

Today I stepped up onto the New Magical Mystical Digital Scale weighing in at 209.4-pounds.

Well, I indulged myself yesterday. After days of drinking liquid protein, water and a few protein bars each day. That's when I said to myself... What does it matter? So I ate to my hearts content yesterday.
